About Terri Schaivo, why does it matter whether she was aware? After the fact, especially! Taking her life that way was murderous inhumanity at its worst. No one should be able to legally do such a thing to another living being. I worked with severely handicapped. I’ve seen the lack of response…we didn’t starve them.
The point that Terri was aware matters in the argument to the pro-death people. Remember they just dont think about life the same way pro-life people do so you need to extend the argument.
If Terri was aware, then even their arguments do not hold water.
