Looks like something out of MYST – very cool and intriguing. Thanks for posting. lgp
Excellent! I love the subject and the perspective, kinda eerie!

Very interesting antithesis of the uplifting, inspiring trail-through-the-woods type of picture, that entices you to want to forge ahead and explore. This, to me, is chilling, as if there’s a cold mist surrounding whoever is standing here looking forward. Nobody would want to venture beyond the handrails, let alone go ahead into the dreary unknown.
All in all, a fantastic different perspective.
actually i love it, i think it looks really inviting, it makes me want to go forwards. that may have something to do with the fact that i grew up in Shetland where mist is a frequent occurance and boats and the sea are familiar. i find misty eery days comforting in a strange way. i love to just stand near the sea on misty days and savour the feeling that it gives me. and to go out in a boat, the sounds, i find it so calming. there’s this silence that’s not silent, it’s like verything slows down and you’re holding your breath.
and yet i found the game MYST kinda scary.i always felt uneasy when i played it.
Thanks for the great comments. I love the shot and I know a lot of that loves stems from the understanding of what a creative mind it takes to do this.
I am humbled.
