You have heard the saying, "music calms the animal within", well in that vain in my rushed and hurried world I am purposefully inserting more moments of calm and more moments of beauty.
One of the ways I am doing that is by listening to great music. I found a great list of classical music to calm the beast. Two things are happening, I am becoming more familiar with great music and I am also becoming more calm (at least for moments).
