This is indeed laughable! Cuba wants to "promote the noblest causes" and kick us out of the UN. While I would like us out of the UN it would not be for the reasons that the Cuban Foreign Ministry states.

I can see it now in the marquee and the UN "Cuba, an icon of human rights"! What a joke.
